If SAF is a Private Organization

  • It will have highly paid directors, managers and supervisors, and workers that are paid peanuts.
  • All workers are required to stay-in the company and can only return home during the weekend.
  • All workers are automatically bonded for 2 years the moment they enter the organization, often unwillingly
  • Supervisor, managers and supervisors are usually bonded for at least 10 years.
  • Excellent salary and perks  during tenture, but the moment you quit the organization, your resume is worth S$0.25. Thats the cost of the paper.
  • Free breakfast, lunch, dinner and night snacks! But all taste like crap.
  • Employees double as security guards, construction workers and janitors.
  • All employees are required to have healthy lifestyle every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Failure to turn up for healthy lifestyle will have to do extra duty worker or security guard duty.
  • Workers generally feel happier leaving the organization than entering the organization.
  • Duty worker have to raise and lower the flag at 6.30am and 6.30pm
  • Employees have to jostle for computers to do their work, because the number of computers to employees is 8:1 in an office environment.
  • Every year, every worker have to "donate" S$12 for the company half marathon. Supervisor, managers and directors pay S$18.
  • Employees will be train over and over and over again through inter-department exercise as well as other companies under the same organization.
  • But when comes the day to use the equipment of their trade for the read deal, 90% of the time it will malfunction in a way of another.
  • Superiors are able to unleash all their years of knowledge of the unspeakable in all imaginable languages onto their employees and not face a single lawsuit.
  • It's perfectly alright to physically and mentally abuse management trainees and the worker trainees.
Come to think of it, this is not much different from real life organization. Nonetheless, i still do not want to be in there!!!
