Finally after a the past days, if not weeks of hot spells... it's finally RAINING! but seriously, not very cold.. but better than nth.. I did a brief research of my Internet Marketing lecturer, Ms Sarah Fraser, after a brief mention about her by a forumer in HWZ.. about her being well known in the industry.

Why are food sometimes on menu being priced $15.90+++ and $15.90++? Have you wonder why are so many pluses needed? In taxation law...

$15.90+ means $15.90 & 7% GST
$15.90++ means $15.90 & 7% GST & 10% Service charge
$15.90+++ means $15.90 & 7% GST & 10% Service charge & 1% cess tax

*cess tax is a charge levied on cessable items sold @ tourist establishment
