OMFG!

Dear students

As part of the expansion plan for SIT, we will be covering the empty space at Block L Level 6 for additional teaching facilities. There will be new computer labs and specialist labs built within this area. The expansion project will start from 23 Nov 2006 (Thursday) and expected to be completed in Mid 2007.

During the period of construction, we will work with the contractor to minimize disturbance to classes conducted in Block L. Nevertheless, I guess there will still be certain degree of noise generated by the works.

Please bear with the inconvenience during this period and look forward to the new facilities available in SIT next year.

They are going to build rooms in the middle of the courtyard~?! alright... it's great.. in the name of progress... but it holds momento value for us... or ME! haix.... those were the good days during the year 2 periods.... Still can remembered my class guys occasionally played soccer @ the courtyard during the Night I.T lessons... hahax.. 1 of our ball is still on de roof i guess~ and the freshmen orientation 2005 i organize... de activities was held there... and it's where the last briefing for de orientation was held.. yada yada... where bryan/xavier/i did the jedi fight with bamboo sticks... i won via my erratic style.. lol...

The Medical check was greaaat de day b4!

1) The ENT station, basically to check your hearing. They usher you to this small souudproof room and wear the headphone; they then proceed to player super soft/high-pitch-but-still-soft sound into it... and my heartbeat intefere with it! i can hear my heart gg thump thump thump Cleared it with A

2) Then came the blood / Urine test... nth special... just prick my finger, looks fine

3) Then came the eye test, perfect colour vision and all! A!

4) Then was the chest x-ray; had to do 2 times, cox the 1st time i burst out laughing.. dunno y... my heart and lung look cool........ clear it too, looks fine

5) Dental check! the dentist was more interested in reading the newpaper than checking my teeth, i was out of the room barely 15 seconds after i enter it...! then was the dental x-ray, freaking cool the skull like jaw! looks fine too~

6) The ECG was weird... sticking some cold gel with sucker thingy onto my bare chest... he mention my heartrate was too fast.. might need to come back, WTF? besides that, my heart rate is regular

7) Height and Weight, flunk it completely. Period

8) Blood pressure, was classify high blood pressure, by the nurse know i'm pretty nervous naked ^_^ measured till i m in the normal range, and luckily, it did

9) Consultation with de Medical Officer. Everything's fine (even the fast heartrate), but obese, hence graded PES B - Pending mmm

Wahahaha! In another 2hours time i m gg to report to CMPB for my NS medical checkup! coofirm PES BP... ^_^

skip the all important NE lecture + java ICA 1 today sia... tremble! retake another day bah!
didn't really study de ISECA... probably study tonight or on the long bus trip to CMPB later... ISECA shouldn't be too much of a trouble bah... but ytd was fuck upside down by Internet Marketing seriously... the qns are so indirect and some are not even in the notes! i dunno how la... i didn't cheat... though i know some did.. fuck u asshole! not referring to my class peeps ^_^ nonetheless... got pass can liao... hope can in later ICA catch up...

heart cold liao... don't really pin on graduating with a 3.0... though if graduate with a 3, certainly it's a bonus!

Oh my... we are arriving @ the end of week 4! We have pass 25% of our last semester over here! The working hard rave is in! everybody aspire to enter NUS/NTU... but the truth is much to be behold... top 3 killers are defintely w/o a doubt... Entreprenurship, EAIPJ & Java Assignment... de lecturer/tutor of the sem i guess would be Mr Tham! In fact i'm in his lab right now... he easily win us over with his jokes and jovial behavioral! even the ICA... he told us if we dunno how to do, just rigth all 'false' for the MCQ... and u still score @ least C! good chap...!

last week was busy, this week was worse... dead serious... everybody has these dark rings and weaken state of mind... but we will kinda pull through like we always do. ^_^

my laptop was spoil a mth back, and it only arrive back recently... acer customer service is really want of a kind... Apple for me next time!

Pretty exciting! next wed gg for NS checkup! And boy ami i glad i quit the starhub telemkt job.. they have add a compulsory sales target of 2/wk or 8/mth... and now.. NO INCENTIVES! wtf~?! compulsory targets with no incentive... i still can rmb how i was recruit back den... 'no targets, flexible timing, incentives'... now? argh...! ALL IS A LIE! SWEATSHOP!
