Finally blog liao.. since de day i start working.. everyday come home~ DAMN DEAD BEAT... den play CO.. :P no time to go out or slack, let alone to blog @ all... haha... 2day my off day... so got chance to blog abt the past few days~ today stay @ home all day to slack, play CO... den jux nw went thomson eat prata with pl.. den come home con't play CO.. till nw... blog abit..
1st day ( last fri ) -
got to knw i was posted to toy dept with kelvin! kinda high~ toys wor! my dream dept.. haha.. @ least nt sian... i prefer looking @ gundams and legos than gucci or armani.. hahax.. 1st day very tired!! legs breaking! den discover kelvin shift totally different fm me... but overlap la~ hahax.. de pple there quite nice... abit dao.. but still nice hahax~ went for lunch @ 11.30... thought i gonna eat alone... bought my mixed rice sit there.. *so lonely* den suddenly de 2 S.I.T Yr1 gals fm de ladies wear dept pop by~ heng got pple pei me over lunch break~ hahax
2nd day ( last sat ) -
more bareable den ytd... hahax... kinda tired still.. product knowledge improve le... able to tell customers where de products is @ de snap of de finger.. i knw i m gd ^_^ V lunch 2day is join by thersa & de ACJC guy *forgot his name ><* fm ladies and men shoes dept respectively... evening had dinner @ s'goon with pl~
3rd day ( ytd ) -
WooT feels better den the past 2day... still having de bad habit of looking @ my watch frequentll.. den c time pass so slow.. abit demoralized.. so think up of a new way! i think up of a 'quest' senario... the point scale is like that..
*approach a lost looking customer and able to make him ask me qns - 0.5 point *
*having a customer approach me - 1 point *
once i accumulate 10 points... i m able to view @ my watch.. sounds lame .. but it definetly push up my service standard... as compared to de last 2day, where i look pretty grumpy after 4-5 hrs of standing ... this method sort of boost my morale by performing well and getting the 10 points... to my disappointment... it only take roughly 1 hr to accumulate 10 points.. haha.. i was half expecting to look @ de watch and realizing 2 hrs having pass by >< hahax
shall con't this method anyway...
always try to chat up customers.. so like that nt sian.. alot of funny senario.. like this parent insist his son to take my hp numbers... cox she thinks i m positive influence >< ... and this wife complaining to me his husband obession with gundam... of which i can fully understand.. it's man nature okay~
Basically, after 3 days of evaulations.. i conclude.. singaporean on de whole are great pple.. 95% say thank you... pretty high~ got a lady.. very candid... she ask me abt something.. i say we ran out of stock, so sorry.. den she jux walk off.. however.. when she walk like 15m away.. she suddenly turn back.. den half shouting to me ' Hey.. thanks! ' ... haha.. such simple act really make the day of a typical sales associate. ^_^
