Erm... Yesterday went to changi naval base open house... diaoz.. almost lost at singapore expo... cannot blame mahx... i dun frequent that part of the world regularly 1.. den ask a toll booth malay uncle.. den he point to the direction.. KNN reach there so many pple.. Although raining very heavily hor.. no pple gave up and return home.. at least i nv c la.. haha.. THEN, i notice something.. there's alot of chinese tourist~! last time during the airforce openhouse oso alot of chinese tourist...mayb spy wor : X Lolx

Anyway, manage to hitch a ride on the landing craft... u know la.. those flimsy landing craft use to ferry soldiers to war there type.. got front ramp open de... wAH~! machaim World War 2 landing in normandy~!! SO SHIOK~! LolX dunno y... when the landing craft cruising at high speed... almost no sea water splash in.. but when the craft is in idle mode.. knn.. all the seawater splash in~! lolx great ride really... once in a life time lo.. mayb army got chance..who knows..lOlx Then and tour the various naval vessels... namely the Missile Corvette, Missile Gunboat and Landing ship Tank... i didn't when on the patrol vessel because layout almost the same as the missile corvette lo... then the mine countermeasure vessel like nth to see lo... so nv go... the queues so bloody long le...

1st went aboard the missile corvette, RSS VICTORY, the flagship of the naval strikeforce. Not bad la.. reasonable spacing.. at least a fatso like me can squeeze in with quite some space left..Lolx.. but the bunk area machaim tuna cans lo.. kinda cramp..
Each room consist of 4 beds, a small porthole for viewing, a small side desk, 2 chairs, personal lockers and clothes stores.. sounds alot of things hor.. mine u, they stuff all these into a room about the size of half a typical HDB flat bed room... really mux peifu the designer man~ then oso went to the bridge.. no problem la.. comfortable working enviroment.. sleeping area another story la lOLx! the whole ship is air-condition.. at least the places i go to is la.. then the bridge and mess area quite spacious oso lo...

Then i went aboard the Landing ship tank.. wah~! buay pai`` room MUCH more spacious than the missile corvette.. LST's crew still got a recreation room seh.. luxury of working onboard a large ship..lOlx whole ship is air-con bah... compare to the missile corvette.. the LST is really bloody spacious~! Lolx Then later go watch a really lame 3D show abt the navy fighting off agressor... wah.. so "shen" ... they can 1 shot 1 kill... think 2 much liao... mux realistic abit mahx.. enemy lost ALL the things they sent.. and we lost NOTHING~! realistic la.. at least let them sink a ship of ours.... no realism de..lolx.. but i guess is for the morale part bah..

Then went to the missile gun boat... wah jia lat... is even MORE CRAMP than the missile corvette... wah .. the entry point really small lo... mux really duck the head... the ship guide say they even remove some fixed equipment e.g. chairs so that we can walk ard better.. Diaoz.. jia lat.. i really pity the sailors man... damn jia lat condition....

Then go onboard another LST to catch the fastcraft ride as mention abv lo..

den b4 going back home went and watch dunearn sec sch band play some music.. nt bad.. some off-key lo.. den got a solo saxophone part.. KNN.. sexy man... really, all girls or guys who can plly the saxophone really very sexy de..Lolx

nt bad la... last open house is 2001 huh... now 2004 agian.. so nxt 1 is... 2007~? wah so long.. i waiting for army and airforce open house.. lolx and hopefully the next asian aerospace is better than the 1 this yr lo~
